Gremolata is a classic Italian herb condiment / sauce, made out of finely chopped parsley, garlic, and freshly grated lemon zest. You will usually find this sauce in other famous Italian dishes, such as Ossobuco Alla Millanese.
For this recipe you will need:

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions
3-4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 1/2 cups red wine
2 cups beef broth
