They are sometimes called, crab puffs, or crab Rangoon, but no matter their name and looks, they are absolutely the tastiest egg rolls you will ever have.
For this recipe you will need:
Egg Rolls
1, 8oz. package cream cheese
1 cup imitation crab meat
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
12 egg roll wrappers
oil for frying
Sweet Chili Sauce
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon corn-starch
water for slurry
