Feta Cheese Bread

For this recipe, you will need

• 1 cup milk

• 1 cup water

• 1 1 /2 tablespoon dry active yeast

• 3 tablespoons sugar

• 1/2 cup oil

• 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

• 2 egg whites (reserve yolks)

• 5 cups flour

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1/3 cup butter

• 2 cups Feta

• 2 teaspoons dry mint

• pepper

• 2 egg yolks + 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)

• sesame seeds
