So many exotic flavours in one piping hot bowl.
I made ours with smoked tofu in place of beef, We really didn't miss the meat because of the rich and fragrant broth, eggs, meaty Shitakes and crunchy raw veggies ,
Vegetable Pho with Bok Choy and silky Enoki mushrooms..... Yum!
When it's good...it's real good...
