For this recipe, you will need:
6 chicken thighs (but you can chose a whole chicken or any other piece you like)
2 medium onions, sliced
5 large quartered potatoes
juice of 3 lemons
4-5 minced cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon dry thyme
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Greek clover honey
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups of liquid mix (white wine, water and vegie broth)
