  • 1 cup sugar

  • zest of 3 lemons

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • icing sugar for dusting
