One of my family's favorite deserts, I am going to show you how to make PĄCZKI, the famous Polish donuts !
They are easy to make, plus they are baked, so it won't make you feel guilty to have one or twelve!!!
For this recipe, you will need:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon dry active yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons oil 2 egg yolks
1/4 flour melted butter for brushing sugar for coating jam or jelly of your choice
