For this recipe, you will need:
1 loaf of day old raisin bread cut in cubes
4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons of raisings that have been soaked in rum
chopped pecans to sprinkle top of pudding
For the butter rum sauce, you will need:
4 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons of rum
1/2 cup heavy cream
