Hello everyone and welcome back! This Wednesday I am making a healthy and delicious Spinach and Parsley Pesto and it's the perfect partner to your favorite pasta (I prefer the even healthier choice of using whole wheat pasta).

This colorful pesto is full of antioxidants, vitamin K, fiber and iron, basically everything that you need to detoxify your body without sacrificing in taste! It is a great recipe for anyone that wants to detoxify their body, especially if you suffer from non-alcoholic fatty liver or have problems with your gallstones.

The best part? You can even use it on your sandwiches or salads!
