Veal Osso Buco! You've had it at different social functions and Italian weddings, now it is time to learn how to make it!

This is a traditional dish from Lombard, Italy made with cross-cut veal shanks braised with various vegetables, white wine and broth.

For true Italians, the marrow in the hole in the bone, is a prized delicacy. The dish is usually topped with freshly made gremolata and served with either risotto alla milanese or polenta. Your choice!
